HOW DOES THIS PROCESS WORK?

1. Video Consultation: 

You'll have a video appointment with Mijke, the hat maker, where you share your ideas for your custom hat. Together, you'll decide on the hat's shape, color, and defining elements. Our goal is to create a hat that matches your vision. You can use some of our latest creations as references. Choose the material for your hat: Merino Wool (starting at €395,-) or 100% Rabbit Felt (starting at €595,-).

2. Deposit: 

We require a deposit of €225,-. Since this is a unique and exclusive hat made specifically for you, the deposit helps cover the initial costs.

3. Hat Creation: 

Mijke will start making your hat. Every step of the creation process will be discussed with you to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

4.Final Payment: 

Once the hat is ready, you'll pay the remaining balance plus shipping costs.

5. Receive Your Hat: 

Your custom hat will be shipped to you!

We ship worldwide. To craft a hat that meets your expectations, Mijke needs approximately 4-8 weeks to create and ship your hat.
