Non-Return Policy of The Bloom Coast Sun
1A. General Non-Return Policy for all HATS:
At The Bloom Coast Sun, all our products are sold under a no-return policy. This means that once an order has been placed and the product has been shipped, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. This applies to hats from the existing collection as well as tailor-made hats. The customer is responsible for accurately measuring their hat size. Instructions for this can be found on our website. The Bloom Coast Sun is not responsible for wrong measurements. If you have any questions, contact us before placing an order.
1B. General Non-Return Policy for all Beanbags:
All of our Beanbags are handmade to order in our workshop and are therefore non returnable. Please ensure you have checked the measurements of this item before ordering and we highly recommend requesting fabric swatches before selecting your chosen fabric. Due to our Beanbags being handmade to order and not mass produced, please expect 1-3cm discrepancies within the overall dimensions of our items.
2A. Canceling your order - for HATS and BEANBAGS:
Once you have placed an order with us, if you wish to cancel this for any reason, please do so within 24 hours. If you request to cancel your order after the 24 hour period, we will be unable to cancel your order as it is likely we have begun working on this for you. Any questions, please contact us!
2B. Shipping with UPS
Our products are carefully packaged for shipping to prevent any form of damage during transit. Our products are shipped with UPS and are registered as fragile with UPS.
3. Exceptions to the Non-Return Policy for HATS and BEANBAGS:
The only exception to the Non-Refund Policy will be in cases where the delivered product is defective or not the product you ordered. If an incorrect hat or beanbag is delivered, we will review the order that was placed. If it is confirmed that the wrong Hat or Beanbag was delivered, we will provide a solution. In such cases, please contact us at info@thebloomcoastsun.com. All our products are thoroughly inspected for defects before shipping. You can rest assured that when a product is sent, it is in good condition.
